DevPerf 已具备完整的 Git 同步管线(Gitea → gitCommits 表)和 OKR CRUD 系统。

当前 OKR 需人工创建,缺少与 Git 提交的联动。

**目标**:每次 Git 同步后,AI 分析新增 commit messages,按仓库维度:
