fix: 添加 httpx 依赖，修复 API 启动崩溃

gitea_client.py 依赖 httpx 但未列入 requirements.txt，导致 Docker 镜像中缺少该模块，API 启动时 import 失败。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
