repair-agent f8f8c1174f fix: 添加 httpx 依赖，修复 API 启动崩溃 ...

gitea_client.py 依赖 httpx 但未列入 requirements.txt，
导致 Docker 镜像中缺少该模块，API 启动时 import 失败。
