chore: rename cyberstar dir to cyberstar-home

把静态站目录从 cyberstar/ 改名成 cyberstar-home/，让 CI 自动生成的
Ingress 把 cyberstar.airlabs.art 让给独立部署的 cyberstar-web，旧静
态站搬到 cyberstar-home.airlabs.art。
