feat: HTTP→HTTPS 自动跳转 — Traefik Middleware + CI/CD 部署补全

- 新增 redirect-https-middleware.yaml (Traefik 301 永久重定向)
- ingress.yaml 添加 middleware annotation
- deploy.yaml 补充 cert-manager-issuer 和 redirect-middleware 的 kubectl apply
