feat: 完善电子吧唧传图功能 — AI生图弹窗、图生图Web兼容、传输页优化 1c1220c9c5

- 图生图改用 MultipartFile.fromBytes 兼容 Web 平台
- AI 生成结果改为弹窗展示（换一张/使用此图）
- 图生图模式 prompt 改为可选，始终发送 prompt 字段
- 传输页移除多余按钮，圆形预览改为紧凑展示
- 新增上传标签页支持选择 AI 生成历史图片
